   Taekwondo is an awesome sport for anyone to learn and Ben is an excellent instructor especially with young children like my 3 year old daughter who he teacher's on Saturdays in the pre school class. He is patient, passionate, considerate and knowledgeable in every way. He is hard working, yet dedicated to ensure everyone feels comfortable and capable of achieving each step with loads of fun while they learn. I highly recommend signing up if you are interested in learning amazing skills, great life values,meetings new people and incredibly affordable.

   Myself and my now 8 year old daughter trained with Ben at the Hastings ITF club and gained our yellow belts. Ben is an amazing instructor who lives and breathes Taekwon Do. He donates all his spare time to the club and it’s students, always wanting them to perform to their best. He also works with and encourages special needs students to take part in the sport and is great that they are also inclusive in the mainstream classes, encouraging acceptance and support from all in the club. Ben has also opened a free community gym. This is available to anyone that wants to use it. It is in the same building that the Taekwon Do classes are held. There has been great support and sponsorship from many local businesses, allowing the gym to be very well equipped. Ben has a big heart and he will always support those who want to improve and do well. Hard work and training effort does not go unnoticed. Respect, integrity and self challenge are vital components to do well in life and are encouraged and supported at this club.

   HB ITF Taekwon-Do; Ben Evans is an awesome instructor, my kids love to go to trainings. Every single member is like family to him, and Ben goes above and beyond to help them get better. He teaches them to train hard and never give up,and you will make it high up. If you are interested in doing Taekwon-Do, I definitely recommend Ben Evans ,as he is an amazing instructor .

   Ben has created a fun and inclusive space for kids to work on their endurance and fitness, while being introduced to Taekwon-Do. My four children aged between 2 and 6 attend the preschool class. It’s a good mix of fun, games and technical skill. It is an awesome space for our daughter with cerebral palsy to grow her confidence as well as improving balance, coordination and strength. It has been great for her to have a class of children around her age to focus on health and well-being just like her vs traditional therapy sessions. Ben and his team have always made us feel welcomed and supported in every session, the older children that assist in class are a real delight too. Would highly recommend.

   My special needs students have been taught by Ben Evans for years and years and he has been so good with them. They were so excited when he held a festival each year. But the excitement of having the first ever International Special Needs TaeKwon Do Games back in 2019 was the absolute highlight for our students! It was so incredible to meet all these students from around the world. I highly recommend Ben who has an amazing centre/gym in Hastings for any young person wanting to learn TKD.

   HB ITF is a great training centre led by a very professional instructor Ben Evens. He is positive about what he teaches to all of his students and insures everyone learns the real Taekwon Do in the right way. He is fair and kind and gets to properly know each and one of his students, and motivates them to achieve better and greater things every training. Ben uses a range of different training methods and improves each training by evaluating what went well the previous sessions, and implementing the success into future ones, so that they are all enjoyable no one training is the same. Highly Recommend HB ITF and Ben, 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Ben is an amazing tutor who goes above and beyond for all his members! He is passionate and committed to ensure each member meets there full potential. My daughter has been attending NZ ITF for a year now and her progress within this time is outstanding! I find NZ ITF a fun and safe space for all people. I 100% highly recommend Ben as a tutor.
