Fabulous yoga classes! I absolutely adore Sylvia, she is direct, passionate, and completely memorable! She may give you some pointers and tips that you weren’t expecting, and be a little acerbic in her tone, but she is one of the best teachers I’ve ever experienced. I’ve done a lot of yoga, and absolutely love her clear, concise instruction! She’s so wonderful! Can’t wait to come back next time I visit from Sydney. She is actually worth a trip from Sydney!
