Best place to take kids and teenagers in Hawkes Bay. Our boys love the place! Awesome set up for scootering, skating, roller blading etc. Fun events too. But the absolute best thing about Bay skate are the the people who work here. Caleb, Sophie, Phil, Sara, Ash etc They provide such a fun experience for the kiddos and are super helpful and very patient with parents too. They are kind, knowledgeable and really really make the place stand out! Thank you Bay Skate Napier
Amazing for kids of all ages. Immaculate facilities, attentive staff and the manager is so friendly and helpful. The kids loved it so much that we returned the following day while on holiday.
An amazing park. Best one we've ever been to. We spent over 3 hours there. My 9 year old son and 5 year old daughter skated and biked the whole time. Lots of space even at the weekend. It was quite busy with scooters due to the National competition coming up. Everyone respectful to each other. My daughter loved the large flat area to practise getting faster on her skates. There are so many different sized slopes - great for all abilities. Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean toilets and rubbish free park. Lots of seating areas with some in the shade. Large playpark next door and an ice cream parlour the other side. Love the merchandise designs at the skatepark shop too - just a bit too expensive for us to purchase. The $7 entry fee is very reasonable. Much appreciated. We're keen to come back again (visiting from New Plymouth).
Really nicely set uo skate park. Lots of places to sit. Super friendly staff. You are able to hire what you need. Parking is a bit hard but that's normal for that area of Napier. There is a cool playground next door too.
Need to work on your public relations. unfortunately son was badly injured just after turning up, best they could offer was a cold pack . couldn't get to use the place without him paying again, no skin off their nose but it was to him, literally. Not how I'd run the place, but best of luck. Place looks cool
Great spot for the kids to do tricks and jumps on scooters, skateboards or rollerskates. Shelter fr adults to get outta sun. Good for all skater levels
