“Warm, friendly staff with excellent product knowledge, able to efficiently and easily suit you to the right shoe for your needs. Three times over the years I've found myself browsing and re-browsing the mens' shoe section, eventually trying, with difficulty, to decide between several pairs of shoes. (If only I could have them all!) I tend to note the look and function of the shoe I'm after, the [real leather] excellence in quality I find, and even the shoe costs, as well (note: Hannahs has excellent quality and value for money!) I've always found myself spending more time than I want to looking for shoes. Thankfully, it is always the staff to the rescue! They know what's on promotion, which shoes are discounted and which are the most suitable and practical for me, and they do it all so very smoothly and efficiently - it is truly a science and these guys are the professionals! I should mention I spotted several shelves full of shoes in one corner of the store, all reduced to clear .. and the prices were around half price!
