I like the layout of this store. Would shop here again when visiting city as better selection of items and sizes than the shop I normally go to. Will visit again next time in Hastings.

Worst experience I have ever had... yesterday was the third time I have been in there and NOT ONE PERSON SAID HI each time!!! They were all at the counter talking, and laughing, they looked at me and continued, then a couple walked past me and didn't say a single f word!!! I have been an assistant manager.... this was shocking behavior!!! I was in my work clothes yes but that does not give them the right to judge people.... they will loose customers faster because of this....I needed help but would rather go somewhere else then go ask or go back there again! Won't be going back ever!! Deserves a 0

The staff are just disgusting young immature lazy young group of females under the age of 20, i went to cotton on today, 1500 on a Sunday date:7/08/2022 I walk in I can hear a large group of girls gossiping as I could hear there voices and laughs in a disgusting loud manner, I turn over to see who it is, atleast 4 staff members behind the counter laughing and snickering on about how they saw a woman wearing clothing and saying comments such as she wears half nothing down town, I look over none of them actually doing there job, im just appalled by NZ standard of customer services especially the one I witnessed today, as I approached the staff to pay for my items, it came to a total of $135 I asked is the items on sale it says 2 for $40 the total should have come to $80, the staff and I walk over to check, it said bras only in small letters under the large printed words ANY 2 for $40 they had biker shorts and brass put together which made it confusing, the staff still continued to be unprofessional, as I spoke one even laughing as I was greeted.

Picked up a jacket for my kid and also a jumper for my wife. Decent discounted prices. Staff at the till smiled and was polite, but in general, staff weren't really present on the floor for guidance - had to find the right section myself. Good selection of clothes. Well worth a visit.
