Damien and the whole team are great at building up mobility, body awareness, confidence, and technique in kids of all ages from what we've seen. Our 6 year old loves going and we like supporting him to have such a wonderful life skill. We also enjoy watching the older kids roll who clearly know a thing or two. Overall a great team and culture. No matter what your age or ability, check out Gracie Allegiance. Update: my youngest who is nearly 5 just started and loves it. What a great program, amazing coach, and big facility. Update 2 - three years of being here - both my boys go to competitions and do amazing. Have fun, technically learning lots, and building confidence. We're moving out the area and are going to be really bummed to leave Damian and the team here.”

“Half way through the 'go diet free' plan and I can't recommend highly enough! I am learning how best to feed my body, about the right nutrition for me which has been a but of an eye opener. I always thought I ate healthy, and I kinda did, but not the right kind of foods. The meal plans are thorough and the meals are great. There is a lot of food! All the colours and so varied. Food shops cost about the same as normal shops for me so it's good value for money. And I've lost 3.5kg in 4 weeks, just be sticking to the plan. It's amazing! Thank you.”
