   As a busy toddler mum, I can't express how nourished and cared for I felt over my 4 days on retreat at Cape South. It is the most peaceful and restorative place. I loved everything about my Cape South retreat experience - especially the Yoga Nidra and the food (it is some of the most delicious food you will ever eat!). Kate, Cam and the team are incredible, so welcoming and kind. Thank you!

   Cape South is wonderful, nestled in the rolling countryside with views across to the ocean. The house is beautiful, furnished in keeping with the age, but warm & very welcoming. It is the perfect mix of a luxurious hotel, and a relaxed, warm & welcoming family house. Being minutes from fabulous beaches, and just 15 minutes from wineries & Havelock North village makes the location perfect. Having been on 2 retreats run by Kate & Cam I can confirm that these are amazing, I left feeling grounded, calm, focused, with a full cup.

   Kate and Cam guide you through a supported weekend of delights, ranging from thoughtfully catered and beautifully prepared plant based breakfasts, lunches and dinners to yoga, mindfulness workshops and time for relaxation enjoying the facility's of the world class estate. Saunas, spa treatments, gym or just relaxing curled up with a good book on offer. Highly recommend for those needing to escape everyday life and be pampered by wellness, simplicity and wholesomeness.

   Kate and Cam are amazing hosts. I have done their mindfulness course amd a bespoke juice retreat with 2 other friends. The facilities are amazing and their way of making you feel comfortable and safe and so supportive in their retreats with amazing care to give you just what you need. Would totally recommend and I will be back!

   What a find. The most beautiful old villa from which Kate and Cam host their amazing wellness retreats. Everything was perfect -the rooms, the food, the yoga and the activities, especially Cams incredible walk over the neighbors farm to nearby Waimarama Beach. Can’t wait to go back.

   This place is lush. If you want a truly relaxing getaway then this is a great place to go. It’s remote, it has plenty of room inside and out, and it’s even got a sauna and gym! I’ll definitely be back.
