   First time dog owner but know I received a terrible service. Vet doctor was not friendly or helpful, didn’t even do a proper check up, shoved her hand down his throat to get him to swallow flea/deworm tablets whole when he wouldn’t swallow she gave up, gave the pills to me and told me to do it when I get home, walked out feeling like she was no help at all and confused, reception staff lovely.
