   Absolutely disappointed with the service here. Had prescription checked with them recently but didn't buy glasses from them. A prescription should include a pupillary distance which they refused to do because I was not going to buy glasses from them!! Appalling. Will not be going back again.

   The service I got was good, but I was left wondering what sort of place it was to work for. There was not one staff member there that day with a smile on their face. They all smiled when serving a customer and did all the right things but when walking around or away from the customer it was a completely different story. There were senior staff talking down to trainees which clearly made a them and us work environment.

Abbey helped me find the best frames and gave me the best experience. Would recommend anyone to go there and get the help you are looking for. Spectacular service.

   Specsavers Hastings are the ideal Optometrists to visit when you need new glasses, contacts or just a check-up. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and bookings generally aren't far out at all. Once you've had your vision checked, they quite simply cannot be beaten on price. You'll find that a lot of the time you'll get two pairs of nice glasses, for less than the price you'd pay for one pair at other businesses. My family will always use Specsavers as our Go-to.

   Called in today with my wife's broken frames, awesome service from great staff that came out & got us from reception, she them found some frames to fit existing lenses from old glasses. The lady remembered my frames as a previous customer and gave us a get price. All done in less than 15 minutes.......
