“Had the best shopping experience ever thanks to Dave from the Rockshop in Napier. Super helpful, a wealth of knowledge, allowed me to take my time choosing a guitar, plugged them into an amp to demonstrate all the features of the guitar, allowed me to sit and jam for as long as I needed without hovering or feeling pressured to hurry up and buy something. If only all shopping experiences were as good as this. Huge thank you to Dave for giving this christmas a pleasant beginning.”

They can sort out pretty much anything from replacing a washer or a tap, installing new hot water cylinder to full on bathroom renovation. But Josiah is also very good at sorting out other 'handyman' jobs like replacing door handles, repairing and painting a ceiling or putting up a partition wall. Nothing seems to be too big a job but they are equally as good at attending to the little stuff. We are very happy with Jayfix ongoing services for our business.”

“Always a clean and presentable supermarket like most new worlds, however personally I've not yet come across a new world that makes pies like the supermarket. -Gourmet steak and blue vein pie 9.2/10 Very suprised this hasn't won any awards. They dont spare it on the blue vein, and steak peices are very high quality. If you love blue vein cheese, you'll love this. - Steak, bacon, and cheese pie 8.6/10 All aspects of this pie are on point. Would have been higher if it was the same.shape as the steak and blue vein. However, it's still a great pie.”

“We have just moved to Napier, we rent a unfurnished house, we come to this shop to look for some furnitures, I got almost everything we need from sofa, cafe table, bed, dryer and some shelves. This is a big store, selling a large range of furnitures and some housewares such as washing machines, fridges, dryers and dish washers etc. The products have from low to high quality. The prices are acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They do the delivery twice a week that is on Tuesday and Friday.”

“The kind of store that you go to buy one thing and leave with a bag full of stuff you think you need. Some shelves are often left untidy due to customers not returning items they no longer want and this can be annoying at times. Recommend for kid's clothing as there is a large selection of reasonably priced stock. Other redeeming feature is the opening hours, 8am to 12 midnight for those last minute purchases!”
