Ive been with this pharmacy for years, they are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for everything they do.
This pharmacy advertises they do photocopies so I went there carrying a newborn after a quick one page copy and the customer service was shocking, the lady first asked very rudely: what sort of copy you want? I said a basic one page black and white one, she looked at the doc and said: oh no we don’t do doc because you need a JP to certify that, I said that I knew it and was going to take the copy with the original one to the JP then she said that the JPs rather copies made from certain places to accept it, what?! I asked if she could do it anyway and I would at least try and she refused to do so and send me to the library, at the library and with the JP talking about what happened everyone was actually shocked with such a lie and with the denial on doing something that they advertise for, very frustrating for me as Taradale local.
I walked in at 9:30 on a Tuesday desperately needing a new passport photo, and the kind and professional staff had it taken, edited, and sent to me within the half hour. Truly phenomenal service!
I went in today to purchase something for my husband and just wanted to acknowledge the awesome friendly genuine customer service I received. Well done to the 2 ladies instore. Thank you
I just wanted to say today we had a really great experience getting passport photos done for my toddlers. Its no easy task as they don't like to sit still or follow instructions lol. Viv took the photos and was so friendly and helpful with my twins. When she wasn't happy with the pics she got help from a younger blonde girl in black chuck taylors (sorry didnt catch her name). And together they got the shot. Sometimes leaving the house with twin toddlers is difficult and star retailers like them make it a worthwhile stressfree experience. We aren't usually customers of this pharmacy and I only decided to come here because it had close parking lol. But will bring my future buisness here for sure. Thanks to those ladies for going the extra mile and providing top notch service, very appreciated.
We're isolating because my daughter has Covid. We're physically, mentally and emotionally stretched. I've ordered some RAT kit for the household and was calling to ask for the process. I'd appreciate if the person on the phone would be a bit empathetic. Unfortunately the experience was the opposite.
