We no longer live in HB but a quick call to TFE meant we were able to have friends drop it off for a service. Amazingly, they were asked to come back in 30mins and it was all done, fixed and working perfectly!! here we were thinking we might be up for a new machine but all done and dusted for cheap as chips - helpful & friendly service, couldn't recommend them enough!
