ordered online, everything came dead on arrival, tried to contact them and they refuse to respond. Also contacted the manufacturers and they told me to contact them and claim warranty but its impossible to communicate when they never respond
Awesome company, shop here on a bi monthly basis, predominately online. My only gripe is that you use NZ couriers sometimes to send orders with multiple dispatch points (based on where the different items in an order are In stock in the country) PLEASE stop using NZ Couriers and stick to NZ Post, they are the best for a reason. NZ couriers are lazy and careless.
