   Very clear Instructions allowed easy collection of 2 x speakers and mics for use at a birthday. However 2 hours in, 1 mic cut out completely during speeches and the people outside could barely hear anything from the 2nd speaker we had placed out there just so they could hear what was happening inside. Constant checking throughout the birthday and trying to improve the sound quality just added more stress to the day and disappointment over the experience. It was the cheaper of the two quotes we got, but now in hindsight I would pay.more for a product that actually worked top quality on the day. Lesson learned. Thank you Big Noise ...but won't be repeating that again.

   Had a headset replaced. Then I had to get a new backing camera. The worst experience I have had. Everytime I had a concern or question about the job. I was shut down and was told. Thats is the way it's done and where it goes. Had to take extra time of work when appointment was changed, as I don't live in Hastings. Never told about warranty on goods or installing. To scared to ask.

   Fantastic team down at big noise. Would not recommend anyone else in Hawkes bay for car audio. Great advice in relation to amplifier installation, staff recommended some awesome products for a good price and really knowledgeable of the items they carry. By far the most affordable wiring kits around for subs and amps. Will definitely be shopping again with these guys in the future. The shop was nice and warm on a cold day too!

   If I could give zero stars I would. We hired some gear for an event in Hawkes Bay. Cyclone Gabrielle hit just days before meaning we had no power, water or reception. Joy emailed me on Friday 17 February to say how we could pick up the gear. No mention of the flooding or a simple "hope you are safe". Up until this point I had not thought to let Big Noise know we wouldn't be needing it as we were focused on helping our community. There was no way of holding any event in Hawkes Bay at that time. I asked Joy if she could inform me of their cancellation policy in the hopes that they would be compassionate and give us some options. I had to follow up a week later as I got no response. Wiremu responded curtly saying we left it too late to cancel and they would have repurposed the gear for that weekend had they known. There was no way an event would have been held in Hawkes Bay 4 days after the flooding. Roads were closed and people were without the essentials. I found this to be incredibly insensitive. I tried to communicate with Big Noise once again for any options but they will not respond. They have taken our full deposit.

   I'd give no stars if possible.I had a unit installed in my hybrid vehicle, which unknown to me was draining my auxiliary battery so my car kept going flat. The AA advised me to go to an auto electrian to find out why, and it turns out to be the head unit and a USB charger, the USB charger was easy to solve but the head unit was not as it was draining my battery even when the car was off, the auto electrian fitted a switch to cut the power which solves the problem but means I need to reset the unit everytime I use the car, which is annoying. Contacted Big Noise expecting them to help, but was basically fobbed off. They wanted me to pay even more money to put it right. Admittedly the unit is out of warranty, but the consumer guarantee act still applies . This company is the worst, they won't help put what they installed right. I'm going direct to the manufacturer JVC.

   What an Awesome team working at Big Noise Henderson. I dropped my car off for installation of an amplifier and subwoofer and they did an amazing job installing these. I would definitely recommend using Big Noise and I have already booked in for a replacement head unit because they were so good.
