When I needed help, it was most definitely helpful and informative, the staff member looked up stock around NZ and eventually we narrowed my search to a boot in store closing the sale with my cool new boots. I'd looked at shop reviews prior and now wonder if "negative experiences" are mostly caused by the customers attitude or communication problems. My experience was awesome.”
