After visiting several tile suppliers we returned to Tilemax, feeling the passion they have for tiles and tiling, and their excellent knowledge. Eichann has a very good sense of design, and understood and worked with our concepts, taking time to work through a wide range of tiles, explaining about different tile sizes and types. The tiles we chose were very good quality at a very reasonable price. Delivery was arranged to our rural freight depot, and a few tiles broken in shipping were promptly replaced. Also, Eichann arranged for tiles to be held for us at the suppliers warehouse, to ensure we could access the same batch if we needed more tiles. The friendly atmosphere at Tilemax Dunedin included our beloved Labrador who was always made welcome.”
