Poor Customer Service. Ladies at the counter needs some Customer service training. And the owner himself needs to learn business first. Expired items on the self. Simran the owner needs to change his attitude. Very poor Customer Service.

Frankton fresh shop always have everything I am looking for in this store , the customer service level does not bother me so much .I can see the hard work that goes into keeping the shop fully supplied with fresh produce which is usually what Iām after for cooking dinner and fruit for kids.That to me is more important, Love the layout of the shop what Iām after is 98% most of the time right there next to the entrance e.g : eggs ,bread ,milk .etc genius. Keep up the hard work

The prices i feel they figit with? You can't tell me their 5 different types of Apples are all the same price?? Other places Aplles all differ in pricing Also i got charged higher kg price for Oranges when i picked the cheaper kg Orange, so watch that? They never open at 8am as per Hours on Web Sight??

A good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. There are seedlings for the garden too, I went yesterday and the front of the store had plenty in stock. The whole store is well stocked. That was my first time shopping there and I have decided it will be my go to. There are many supermarket staples with good prices as well as the great range of eastern cuisine foods. The health section was impressive. It's clean, tidy and very well organised with many options. The young lady at the counter was friendly and I felt felt welcome there
