This company is totally waste of money. I have my fried food warmer brought here for 7 days item still not been fixed due to parts not available as what they say but on the very beginning it say they have all the parts and it can be fitted in just 5 minutes. I lost income for 7 days on my shop and until now still not been done even Head chef send them the parts. This company is totally useless don't care about customers even you lost how many thousands of money due to their very poor service. This company is Awful. Beware of this company is totally doesn't care at all.

Drill Stand for Power Drills - The bolt that holds the drill clamp onto the main body is to long and bottoms out. You have to cut it down to be able to tighten it up. The clamp block wobbles, binds and wont hold the drill tight in the clamp. It doesn't hold the drill tight because the clamp is 50mm in diameter. It should be 43mm. To fix that you have to put a shim of 50mm diameter and 3mm wall thickness PVC pipe around the area on the drill that gets clamped. Do not buy this thing!
Negatives: After sales support and spares. We tried in vain for almost a year to have them supply spare parts for a 24V solar pump. I should note that these were wear parts that will eventually require replacement for all units. Positives: Good prices, some decent products (so long as you don't require parts) Won't be purchasing anything else in a hurry from them. Buyer beware..
ordering on line was easy, delivery was fast and "plug and play" was achieved in minutes of putting the two we purchased in place. The store manager was very helpful.
