   Tim is rude and unprofessional and won't do his job professionally! I've had a script sent there by mistake which is obvious and even acknowledge as such by him when he called to let me know about it. But won't send a simple email back to where it came from to rectify the situation saying it's my problem and hangs up on me when I requested if he could, even after the first time I asked if he could and he confirmed he can. Will say he's wasting his time on you and hangs up on you!!

   Absolutely disgusting. As soon as I walked in the building, the man behind the counter was so rude. I came in to get paracetamol for my sick baby but instead I get treated rudely by the man while the other stuff stood there and watched. And on top of that they never have anything in stock. I don’t know if this is a racism thing where he assumes every Māori drinks alcohol while taking their medication? Because He assumed that the second time I was there to pick my medication for myself. " don’t even think about drinking alcohol while taking these" is what he said to me. This place is horrible to be served at. CLEAN YOUR ACT UP !!! It’s disgusting and people should know the truth :)

   Our fifteen month old was running a fever just as we were heading to the airport to catch a nine hour flight. Upon describing the symptoms to one of the staff, she said we should have the pharmacist take a quick look at him. The kind pharmacist determined our son had a bacterial eye infection and was able to prescribe antibiotic eye drops on the spot. The antibiotics plus an over the counter fever reducer came to $25NZD In the USA, this situation would have required a doctors visit and separate trip to the drug store, costing around $300USD for folks without private insurance and maybe a little less than $100 even with expensive privately paid insurance. So you could say this is a five star review both for the friendly and competent service we received by this particular pharmacist as well as the efficiency of the New Zealand health system in general. Our son’s eye infection quickly subsided thanks to the advice and medication obtained from this pharmacist.

   Terrible experience. Staff did not want to serve me and take my money. Waited 5mins while staff member was dusting. Asked staff if product was good. Quality was not good. Waste of time and money will never go back here.
