She made an amazing sub and was doing her best. People complaining about no smile no greetings, don't understand how it feels to work in a busy fastfood store managing hundreds of things at the same time.”

“I was skeptical at first when purchasing from this website as there are many bad reviews and the site does have limited contact info. I ordered a product I wanted to change so attempted calling the 0800 number which was surprisingly answered by a good old kiwi bloke! I asked if my product could be changed which he happily agreed to and got this sent out the next morning and arrived to me within the week. I didnt get a proper invoice but honestly I think this guys just trying to get by and may not be super tech savvy!! Give him a break! Maybe some peoples ordered items dont arrive but I had a very good experience with this company and would shop there again.Thanks USA foods! =)”

“PBT had been the courier chosen by someone sending a parcel to us, which ended up–as all courier parcels to us do when you are on a rural delivery–with our slack rural postal contractor. Even though at that point the parcel was out of their hands, they worked tirelessly by phone for a week to hound the contractor into finding and actually delivering the parcel. We were so impressed we have switched to using them as the courier for our own small business, and they have proven to be equally professional. Into the bargain, they are also cheaper by far than any of the previous courier companies we've used. *Update: We have been using solely PBT as our courier for 7 years now, and while we have had 100% success with parcels being delivered, we experienced our first damaged parcel recently. PBT issued a full refund within 2 days of submitting a claim and initiating the resolution process. Very good service.”
