   There's a lot of reviews here giving a 1 star and wanted to share my feedback. I purchased an item weary of whats been said below but my experience was not as described by others. I got a receipt but no tracking number. (Ordered on the 13/06 Friday). I called on 17/06 checking the status. Got a lad who asked what I ordered and got told it will arrive today and if it doesnt to call him back (did not provide a tracking number) As per his word the item arrived the same afternoon. I will be purchasing items again.

   Terrible customer service! Sent three emails to express that I was not happy with expired goods that were sent in my order! But surprise surprise… a month later and still no reply! As to why I am leaving this review. They have had the opportunity to correct my order and reply not just ignoring my emails. Will never order from them again!

   I was skeptical at first when purchasing from this website as there are many bad reviews and the site does have limited contact info. I ordered a product I wanted to change so attempted calling the 0800 number which was surprisingly answered by a good old kiwi bloke! I asked if my product could be changed which he happily agreed to and got this sent out the next morning and arrived to me within the week. I didnt get a proper invoice but honestly I think this guys just trying to get by and may not be super tech savvy!! Give him a break! Maybe some peoples ordered items dont arrive but I had a very good experience with this company and would shop there again.Thanks USA foods! =)

   I should have read the reviews and learned about the non-delivery issues. Ordered items 6 months ago, queried delivery several times with absolutely no responses. It was as though I didn't exist. Good old PayPal, they refunded me. (still heard nothing from this outfit)

   I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered from the website, and paid by PayPal.. he never acknowledged or sent the products. I called him and he said he will follow up on my order, yet he just ignored me. Almost 4 weeks now and no response. Had to file a case with PayPal to get my money.

   Ordered 20 days ago, via paypal. Nothing has arrived nor any communication other than an automatically generated invoice Seller won't answer emails or phone. Do not buy from USA foods. A pity I did not read the reviews first.

   USA Foods have proven to be terrible. After placing an order on the 11th, I received no indication that it'd been shipped, and after multiple attempts to contact them, have received no response about what's happening with my order. I've never received any indication of there being an issue with my order, such as products being out of stock, so see no reason why it wouldn't be shipped. Edit: After raising a dispute through PayPal, a refund has been given, with the claim that the items were lost by the courier. I never received any indication that the items were actually shipped, but they did at least provide a refund.
