   Avoid. No answers to emails. Took possession of my sofa November 25th and still no word on when it will be delivered. Christmas? In the new year? At all? Zero communication, calls to head office assure me it has been escalated and I will hear today. And then nothing. You should be ashamed. Edit: finally reached someone to tell me delivery will be December 29. Honestly, if they cared about people, they would communicate, respond to emails, phone calls and reviews. They don't care. 2nd edit. Delivered today with no notice before hand. Fortunately someone else was on site to take delivery. Has the company no telephone or email?

   Poor service what's the point of picking a set time for a delivery eg 6am-11am. And it doesn't arrive. No texts or any other commucation unless you ring up. And to be told they can't find the truck that's out somewhere or the depot manager will call and that doesn't happen

   I couldnt be happier with the service I received from the Hamilton branch and also head office. I have had 3 deliveries in the last few weeks (due to faulty products) and I had to phone Hamilton several times, both times they were more than happy to help me, especially my delivery today - not a usual day for delivery to my area (rural) but I received a surprise phone call from them this morning letting me know they had put it on their business truck for me as they knew I needed the product asap. They went well out of their way for me and I couldn't recommend them enough! Communication has been outstanding! Thanks guys!!

   Really bad customer service. No one answers the office phone or returns calls. Tracking number says it has been in their Hamilton yard for a week. Tried to contact so we could collect ourselves but cant get through to anyone. They need to sort their phones out!

   Absolutely horrendous service! Had a text message on a Monday saying that it would be delivered on the Tuesday (didn't happen) rung company no answer (4 times) got a message saying that it would be delivered on the Thursday (didn't happen) again rung and left messages to get back to me nothing happened. Finally got in contact with them and they said that delivery will be on Thursday between 12 and 4.. and here it is Thursday I have received a message saying that they are 30 minutes away that was 4 hours ago and still hasnt arrived what makes it even worse is they have driven past my house like 3 times arrived at 530pm...So that's 3 full days of work that I'm missing out on just because of these guys

   WORST COURIERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, BEST AVOIDED IN MY OPINION!!! I shipped using UPS/Fliway and their courier dumped my $1200 package on our driveway in clear view of, and within a few metres of the foothpath! Someone was in the process of stealing it when my gf disturbed them while leaving for an appointment. It is only by pure chance it was not stolen. I complained to UPS who said they try to do contactless delivery?! I do not accept this excuse as EVERY OTHER COURIER manages to deliver via contactless means without leaving my packages out in clear view for the general public to help themselves to. In my view their courier was negligent and unprofessional to leave my package in a place it was in full view of, and close to the footpath, where it was clearly at high risk of being stolen.

   Firstly told us that the product would be delivered between 8-12 but didn't show up until 4.45. Not even a courtesy call was given to let us know that the delivery will be late. The guy delivering was extremely rude. He asked the lady to leave the last part of the package in rain. Good money was paid for the item to be delivered but the guy delivering the parcel didn't care. Such a waste.
