I have been using Post Haste Couriers with pass the parcel. Hassle free taking in parcels already packaged using their courier bags. Items seem to reach there destination very quickly also. Great service
They didn't deliver my parcel and left me a card on Monday asking me to book re-delivery. Upon calling them they said it will be delivered Tuesday. Nothing until Wednesday when I called them back, which they said will be delivered on Thursday. Nothing until Friday evening, when I called them they informed and told me the parcel wasn't even with the delivery driver but sitting at the depot. They recommended I come grab it, lucky I was 10mins away from them. The lady on the phone literally gave me the address to the depot. I get there and they tell me it is with the delivery driver. A colleague of the lady I spoke to on the phone informed me that they didn't ask me to come over!! The woman literally gave the address to come and pick it up and asked me to get ID. Bunch of people that cannot take accountability, literally lying to my face.
Shocking service as well as extremely poor communication around my parcel that was delivered to a completely different street, no response on my complaint several days later and no attempts to retrieve my parcel and get it back to me. Very poor service
Trash updates, delivery updates on when parcel was picked up changing everyday , do you go it in your van today or last week, someones lying to get the pay for the parcel but tryna deliver when suits them. If it takes a month so be it just stop lying on when its gunna be here, shit happens but not everyday., update! Delivered to wrong drop off point and now will be another supposed 2 days. Unable to contact driver he is not responding sounds typicle, if theres an option dont go with these guys.
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves attention. Post Haste has been nothing short of appalling. My parcel was delayed without explanation, tracking updates were vague or nonexistent, and customer service was practically unreachable. When I finally got through, I was met with indifference and zero accountability. The lack of communication and care is unacceptable—especially when time-sensitive deliveries are involved. I expected basic professionalism, but what I got was a headache and wasted time. I won’t be using Post Haste again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with anything important.
Had a parcel addressed incorrectly, the team worked super hard to resolve and were friendly, efficient and helpful. Really appreciate their work
Parcel delivered to the wrong address after being on board courier all day Friday was delivered late Saturday and I am unable to contact them until Monday. Terrible service. They sent a photo of the parcels clearly labeled either the correct address and failed to deliver.
Absolutely rubbish service! Have been waiting 10 days for their courier to collect a parcel we booked for collection. And this is regular with this lot. We’re moving to a business that actually values having customers.
My parcel had been missing for more than a week and no one takes responsibility. No one at customer service seems to know how to find my parcel. Customer service operator named Jess seemed to be very unclear about an update and was really firm and unfriendly while dealing the missing parcel.
Absolutely abysmal service from a company that clearly couldn't care less! I've been waiting on a package that was shipped from Hamilton to Auckland 8 days ago, I could have walked to Auckland and back in that time! When questioned, they just make excuses and empty promises with no follow through. Twice now I have been told that it will be retrieved and given to the courier for urgent delivery and twice that hasn't happened. Their suggestion - that I pick it up from the depot myself! Regardless of the fact that that isn't actually possible for me and really defeats the purpose of paying for delivery, I have now been told that they are having trouble locating the package, so I do wonder how I was supposed to pick it up if they don't know where it is!
