   This is the 2nd time now and I'm going to come in and make a complaint. The first parcel I received, the courier left it out in the rain and it was my laptop, this time it says my parcel has arrived and my partner said it hadn't. This is sad I never buy things online and both the parcels I ve received is damaged..

   I was waiting over a week for a tracked and very rare and expensive purchase to leave the Hamilton depot where it had sat for a week. When I went in person to enquire, it turns out the depot had been broken into. No communication from nz post. My parcel was at least still there but had been vandalised, ripped open and damaged that significantly reduced its value. Shocking service.

   An astonishing level of incompetence. After a week my parcel has not arrived. After days of emails and complaints, not a single reply as to why. A decent sized box. Not easy to loose. A parcel arrived last week looked like it had been sat on. Not good enough. I would never use this company by choice.
