Friday today been tracking since monday thats when it arrived in NZ. Got delivered but too the wrong address lucky their are honest people out their and rung my number to let me know they had it. Completely way off too my address is 385 and they delivered to 235. Useless courier everyone that delivers with them should go with Nz post. More reliable.
Delivered my package to wrong address. I rang to ask where it was as it wasn't on my doorstep as the message said. I was told something wasn't numbered correctly and made to go look for it myself, and spoken to very rudely! It was labeled correctly, and my unit was numbered. I found it on another units doorstep alongside another courier package that was correctly addressed and delivered to them, but apparently the driver couldn't walk across the driveway to put mine on my correct doorstep.
Our local courier Keith Samra, is one of the best couriers I have met. He's courteous and always greets you in an honest and friendly manner. Finally great to meet a real nice person. Keep up the great work Keith Samra..a real pleasure to deal with. G
The delivery driver didn't attempt to enter our office building to deliver my parcel. My colleague was downstairs at 11:11am when I received notification that delivery was unsuccessful, which clearly demonstrates the driver made no genuine effort to complete the delivery. When I contacted the Hamilton Depot, the staff member was unhelpful and dismissive, attempting to rush me off the phone. He asked for delivery instructions, but when I provided clear, detailed directions, he simply dismissed them by saying "oh, the driver will just call you instead." Rather than acknowledging the driver's failure to do their job properly, he just tried to rebook the delivery without any willingness to resolve the issue or accept responsibility for the driver's poor performance. When I asked if the redelivery would be today, he said yes but provided no real certainty. His manner was rude throughout the call and tried to rush me off the phone. The depot alleged our address was incorrect, despite it clearly stating on the address from the sender, we've never having had delivery issues with Aramex at this location previously. This appears to be an excuse for poor service rather than a legitimate concern. I now have no certainty that this delivery has even been rebooked, no update on the tracking, and I'm unsure whether I will receive my package at all. I'm extremely frustrated with this lazy and unprofessional service and the complete lack of accountability from your staff. I can't even submit feedback on your website either.
Teresa is great! Always takes care to place the parcels out of view. Have been using Aramex for just over a year and love the hassle free service they provide. Love that they are linked with trademe. Thanks for your hard work Teresa.
