When we got out there, we had an amazing time on the waves with him - he was super friendly and enthusiastic. We were complete beginners and he catered to our ability perfectly. I have trialled multiple gyms and studios across the North and South Island within these years, and particularly now since moving. I truly have not found a place that comes somewhat CLOSE to the level of expertise and community felt at HYD. Donna is truly amazing, so unbelievably talented and is an incredibly insightful teacher. Both Mandi and Adrianne’s pilates and mat pilates classes are filled with such high level of detail and execution you would think they have been training this their entire life. If you are looking for yoga, Jess, who teaches hot flow, has a gentle and supporting nature. You will always feel welcome in her class. Cannot recommend this studio enough. These women are absolutely incredible. Much love to the team and practitioners at the studio, I can’t wait to be back. X”
