“Long overdue . But Dani is an amazing teacher and human. She really nutured my daughter Frankie helped her come out of her shell and took her under her wings.”
“Very friendly wee kindy. My daughter absolutely loves it!! The teachers are fantastic and the kindy has everything your little one needs. It's a hidden treasure in Islington street, so glad I found it!”
“Ropu Tiaki Tamaiti is THE PLACE where you want to send your kids. The kaiako are just lovely. The food served is delicious and nutritious. The facility is equally clean and inviting. There are constantly rotating activities for the tamariki that are enriching and engaging. The staff is incredibly communicative and extremely receptive to feedback. It is without reservation that I recommend this facility to you and your whanau.”
“This is just what I needed for some exercise that's challenging but also low impact. Miss Nicola caters to everyone's skill levels. I've also met new friends through being a part of the SDA family.”
“Absolutely wonderful childcare. The staff is fantastic, providing a caring and nurturing environment for the children. My daughter loved going here every day, and I can see how much she learns and grows in this enriching setting. Highly recommend!”
“For anyone who wants to do fun exercise with no running around. Extremely satisfying when you learn to trust your body to keep you up even with the most scary-looking of moves. You don't have to be graceful to learn pole.”
“Lots of fun for kids. Nice group of mums to have a chat and share our mum stories and concerns.”
“I have been to so many other centers and nothing compares to this centre. The teachers are amazing and genuinely care for the child. The fees aren't extravagant. My son absolutely loves going there and doesn't want to come home most days because he is having so much fun playing and running around with his friends. They have a playground out the back and on sunny days spend alot of time outside enjoying the sunshine. Love this centre!”
“Love the teachers, love the environment, love the learning outcomes, love love love everything about st clair. My babies have been there for 3 years now they have helped me raise my babies and I couldn’t not consider myself a solo parent because of them all. Thank you St Clair xx”
“A lovely staff - our little boy is in the process of "settling in" after a few visits to make sure it's a good fit. We looked at a few other childcare options - each lovely in a different way - but City Heights was our favorite in almost every aspect.”
“Very grateful to be learning from the Vuelta Instructors. These are highly experienced instructors that have accomplished multiple amazing feats internationally, and who are also generous in sharing their joys of dance and Latin music. Vuelta balances the mastering of techniques with laughter and lightheartedness— every Tuesday night is a salsa party!”
“Marian Poole is an intelligent and experienced piano/theory teacher and respected musicologist.”
“New building with beautiful labs”
“Gifted craftsman, highly recommended”
“An amazing kindy with friendly nurturing teaching staff.”
“Nice ambience and staff are helpful”
“I had my drum kit tuned because the kit did not feel right and the toms were rattling after I hit them. After the tuning the difference in the kit was huge. The snare sounds and feels much better, the toms sound great and don't buzz any more. They also looked at the drum pedal and adjusted it so I now feel more comfortable doing faster bass drum sequences.”
“Our 5yo totally thrived in this dance environment! We enjoyed watching the steady progress. Anna masters the art of getting tired little feet moving and distracted little heads back on task. 150% recommended”
“Our kids always love to visit this workshop during the school holidays. They go there for the past 3 years. So much cool stuff to do and Mathew and Fiona are fantastic.”
“Nice little gym, people here are friendly. Good facility”
“I love this place, it's the official home of the HIGHLANDERS, and I had the privilege of working out in their gym taking part in a program for HIGHLANDERS fans to help get us back into a healthy lifestyle.”
“friendly reception and nice piano rooms”
“Best Nursery in Dunedin. Very caring and dedicated staff.”
“I recently completed the 10 week relaxation course through Lotus College which I thoroughly enjoyed. Sandy is very knowledgeable and I feel privileged to have been able to learn from her. In this course you learn to give a full body relaxation massage that takes around 1.5 hours. In each class you learn the moves required for a particular area and also information about the muscle groups. To be successful in this class, you must practice in your own time. Thank you Sandy ❤️ Much love, Beth”
“Love how my children are cared for at Little Wonders Roslyn! They rush in every morning and generally there are tears at the other end of the day because they don’t want to go home. They love their Kaiako who support them so well in their learning interests! Highly recommend!”
“The school teaches salsa, zouk, samba, bachata, kizomba, rueda and forro. The teachers, Emily, Augusto, and Ariel, are all quite lovely and so is the enthusiastic community that they've built up around the club. The classes are usually taught in blocks of 4-5 weeks and reasonably priced. The emphasis is on getting a solid grounding in the basics and then encouraging improvisation on these basic steps. This leads to less formulaic dancing and more interesting, individual styles within the community. Highly recommended!”
