“After having a bit a disaster, when our elderly cat had an accident on our brand new mattress, Mark from Chem-Dry Otago did a great job of getting rid of the cat pee odour! He gave me great peace of mind that the chemicals were safe to use, considering our 4 month old baby sleeps in close proximity to the mattress. The service was quick, friendly and totally fuss free. Would definitely recommend. The service over the phone was also amazing, thanks guys!”

My hubby needed a hearing test plus we needed to do a few messages in town so I accompanied him to his test, the lovely receptionist offered us coffee while we waiting, coffee was good! Guy that did the hearing test was very thorough, explained everything in normal language and answered all the questions we had, he was very professional and accommodating. Great service all round.”

Couldn’t fault the work of this great crew led by J-L who was beyond spectacular in performance and was kind and patient and thoughtful to the end. “This review is going to be quite long as the Lanark team have done a lot on our home and I want to make sure I don’t miss anything out. Lanark first came to our attention when we brought them in for a second opinion on a broken toilet that a different plumber had told us couldn’t be fixed. Donovan managed to get it working again that day and then made plans with us to come back in a few months to replace it at a time that worked better for us. The next project was an update to our gutters. I’d been trying for literally a year to get someone to come and give us a quote and kept being given the runaround by specialist companies who didn’t seem to take on our irregularly shaped roof. I eventually found a team willing to take the job on, only for it to quickly become apparent they were woefully unqualified to complete the job. In a passing conversation, my daughter mentioned Lanark does guttering and roofing, and again we got Donovan around for a second opinion. He was at our house within a few hours, where he pointed out many instances of unsafe and sub-par workmanship from the other team. He helped us navigate out of our contract with the other team and had his team on site within a few weeks with proper materials and the classic Lanark can-do attitude. The gutters look amazing now and have been performing excellently. When it was time to update our aging Heat Pump Lanark was our first call. The team were incredible, great advice, quick turn around and the new heat pump runs like a dream, so warn and quiet! Honestly, I wish we’d done it years ago. It’s gotten to the stage now where we get them around for any odd job we think of to make our home more comfortable. They were in last week to baby-proof our TV and move some power outlets; as always quick, friendly and impeccable finish. I can’t rate Donovan, Rhys and the team highly enough. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they’re genuinely a pleasure to have in your home, always respectful of our space, and nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely wonderful to work with.”

We have a very special water colour painting in our family that we wanted to print a copy on to Canvas. Simon, Jono and the team went out of their way to look after us the make print look as authentic as they could. They looked after our treasured painting and treated it with respect when handling it to get the scan done as close as to perfection. I can highly recommend these guys for those special services on printing or transferring your family memories from multiple platforms and devices. Thank you so much for the great service and product. The organizational needed to talk to his tradespeople before booking them into time slots with constantly we were told one time that they would be there. Eg told 8am but didn't arrive till 4pm. Apart from that one issue we are really happy with the new bathroom. Once the final 2 tasks paint touchup and shower dome installation. Payment will be once work is completed.”
