   Workers are so kind. Came to get my watch adjusted and my chain tightened, and they instantly went to work. Very friendly as well, asked about my day, very respectful and usually finished with service after 10 mins. Didn't get charged anything for the simple fixes, and was always left happy with the service. Really good store! :)

   Just popped into your shop today and met Charlie. He was the nicest guy you could wish to meet. He spent so much time helping us and we ended up buying a beautiful engagement ring. It was my 58th wedding anniversary on the. 15th and this was just fate. It was the only one that didn’t need altering and I love it. Thank you Charlie for all your help and of course being a soccer player helped. Every time I look at it I will think of you.

   I guess jewelry stores like this would look down on people with a smaller budget. Went there for an engagement ring. Didn't want to spend too much on an engagement ring because I kinda want my wedding ring to be a bit better. And I felt like being treated as though I couldn't afford anything. Other than that, rings are fine. My gold ring is algood. Got it resized and got it back in a week.

   We went in to make a substantial purchase a few days ago at the Dunedin store. Met by an older woman who was rude to my partner, and acted like we were a massive inconvenience to her with anything I wanted to try on, which was only 2 rings. She then served another woman on the other side and gave her decent service. Interesting to read in other reviews of a racist staff member, because this is exactly the feeling we got when we were there. VERY rude woman. It put a downer on our engagement, as I now don’t want to give our money to this store, so we just haven’t even bought a ring yet.
