It was a while ago. But I had my wedding set resized. Amazing work. They know their stuff. They looked after the pieces of jelwery nicely . As they were family heirlooms from my husband's family
I visited Henderson first when I needed my ring resized larger. I wanted to have this done by removing material from the inside due to the thickness of the ring and the way it sat on my finger. Henderson was able to do the work exactly as I wanted, in only 2 days. Not only that but they added a much needed comfort curve to the inside. The result was high quality and I'm so much happier with my ring now. I visited them again to get a stone re-secured when it became loose (my fault). They were able to secure the stone much better than it was set originally. I don't know a lot about jewelry and I was so happy to visit a local store where they really pay attention to what you need and help you learn about their process. I really appreciate them taking the time to explain everything to me. If I need anything else done in the future this will be my #1 choice!

I took my great-grandmother's ring in to get resized, and Henderson's did an absolutely perfect job. I collected it two days later, and Iain was able to give me further insight into the making of my ring, including the approximate time when it was made. This was very special as no one in my family knew much about it. Iain also cleaned my other ring I was wearing and insisted I come back anytime they needed a clean, a service they offer for free. Could not give a higher recommendation to Henderson's.
I dropped a special ring in to be resized (bigger). I took a ring in as reference but they had all the tools ready to find the perfect size anyway! Wonderful service from the get go and also extremely fast! It was my first time visiting but I had heard nothing but raving reviews from friends! I'm not disappointed one bit, I will always take my jewelery here in the future :)

I had x3 Rings cut off due to Arthritis in the knuckles .These were made bigger and returned in x2day awesome service. Then my 18 crarrot gold Engagement Ring needed work done to it due to general wear and tear it to got made bigger! plus it needed a lot work done around the diamonds. On collecting this a week later l was over the moon . This Ring is 46yrs old and it's just like the day in got it now!!! .l would highly Recommend Ian at Henderson's jewelry shop Dunedin. And The best part was it was all done by him in his own store and not sent Away . Thankyou !
