I had a very pleasant experience in the Christchurch city store. I noticed my new work boots inner leather was coming away at the seams. The store manager I didn't get her name but she had long dark hair was very understanding and efficient and helped organised a new pair for me. I asked for advice yesterday when I was in the Mipiaci store and when I went into Merchant today she remembered me. It is hard to come by friendly and efficient customer service so well done and thank you so much for your help :)
