Extremely disappointing online experience. Bought 2 jumpers for my Mum. 1 jumper is considerably shorter than the other one (2 sizes down). They would not even participate to the freight cost even though it's no fault of ours. How are we supposed to know it's 2 different manufacturers and they size differently? How are we supposed to know there is going to be this huge difference? Contacted Julie in sales department multiple times to send me details about the return (packet is ready to go), nobody bothers to follow-up. It's a very expensive and disappointing experience, first time from a NZ company!
Great discount UGG and mi woollies store. Products ranging from hat and gloves to indoor and outdoor boots. From adults to kids. Friendly attentive staff onsite. More stock upstairs for sizes and staff are very helpful. Ample parking outside.
