Craze is my go to place for a 'pick me up' purchase or just a browse if I'm out that way.The staff are always understanding of how I see my self and what works for me.I bought the most gorgeous shirt today with lovely sleeve detail and fabric.Im a very happy customer.
We've been at Craze Fashion around 12 midday today (29-06-2025) to do some shopping but encountered a very rude and racist sales lady. Her behaviour was unacceptable, provoking and most likely racist - We are New Zealander of Asian decent.
You lovely ladies have it ✅️ right!. You are friendly and super welcoming. Lovely items, displayed beautifully. But best thing is your lovely attitudes. So friendly and honest. Kindest women, who help you choose the best clothing for you in the store. If you have low confidence best place to go to feel uplifted in yourself. Will be going back due to the beautiful service.
I bought some trainers online in Auckland on a Wednesday, they were with me before lunch on Friday-incredible service!! Better than any large chain store. I chose this shop as it offers free returns if something doesn’t fit, the only store in NZ selling the trainers I wanted that does this. I’m very happy with my purchase
