Staff always excellent. As a bloke I generally shop for tee shirts and sweatshirts. Why oh why do they in the main feature American states and cities? Dallas, California, Chicago etc I do not want to advertise places I will NEVER got to so I usually walk out disappointed. Their buyer\s obviously like motor cycles over cars as well as a love of the USA.
I had a very upsetting experience at this store. One staff member, with short grey hair, approached my young children (3 under 5yrs old) today with a harsh tone and an extremely intimidating facial expression, telling them off for being near the clothing. My daughter was so frightened that she held her breath, cried inconsolably for over an hour afterwards. She had since then been having nightmares during the nap and bedtime. There is absolutely no need to speak to small children in such an aggressive manner, a simple word to the parent would have been far more appropriate. We had to leave the store because she was too distressed to stay. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
The staff at this store are always so welcoming and friendly. It really makes a difference—I genuinely love coming here because of how great they are.
The lady named Teresa ( it’s the name on online receipt ) served us yesterday, no greetings ,no smile , she was not looking happy to be there . Not coming back here again. Rude behaviour. I kindly Request to the manager to Check the cameras you might be loosing more customers because of her bad attitude.
Lady serving seemed very grumpy. No hello. No smile. Even after purchasing a few items she had no warm customer service what so ever

I did not feel like a valued customer there. Old lady serving me didn't seem happy to see me but when she served the next person she was happy and asked them 'how re u?' but not me so rating 1 stars i think she is racist
Good staff. The shop is a bit crammed I bumped 2 display racks & tripped over shoes left lying on the floor outside changing rooms. On a previous visit I gave this store 5 stars, after today I will give it three and half stars.
