“This is one of my favourite stores in Canterbury to find lovely pieces of clothing and beautiful homewares and gifts. They have constantly changing stock and wonderful helpful staff who go the extra mile to help you find those special pieces. They are great at couriering things if I can’t pay a visit but it is fun to drive out to Rangiora and have lunch in a cafe afterwards with a girlfriend when I have time.”

“I have recently been shopping at your northlands mall store. The assistant whose name was Cara is what I would say is the very best in customer service that I have seen for a very long time. As an older woman who has become used to being treated as invisible by retail staff it has been a refreshing change to experience this level of customer service. Jannine and I came in the store and Keri greeted us straight way, she told us if our size wasn't available on the racks she can have a look out back for us. The clothes in store are amazing quality, beautiful colours and selections for all ages. We weren't sure what we were looking for at first but Keri spent an hour with us helping us with various different styles and options, it was absolutely amazing. “Went there to grab a watch but even it says its open in website, the store was closed, we waited there till 10:30, then we waited if anyone can open the door but they are still inside laughing at us. I don't understand why the opening time is messed up, I would have come at the right time if they mentioned what time they will open. Don’t want to wait an hour to open the store. Please fix your time table. Also gave you 5 star because don't wanna be karen I just want you to fix the time table.”
