“We stopped for a coffee and snack and I was amazed to see gluten free cheese rolls! I know its incredibly hard to make anything with gluten free bread and my husband had not had a cheese roll for so long! Even better his gluten free one was the same price as my non gluten free one! Top marks all around.”

“I went to have a chat up with my friends today, and this coffee club does make it a fantastic experience! The club sandwich is huge and delicious. Their iced chocolate is also a stand-out with plenty of toppings. The place is spacious and super clean. And the staff are always so friendly. Couldn't ask for more, five stars!”

“Having climbed here 2 years now, this place definitely deserves a great review. The facility is well designed with the main bouldering area having a comprehensive variety of climbing sets that get regularly rotated out with fresh ones by the route setters. There's a gym, plenty of hangboards, additional training area, spray wall, moonboard, circuit board, yoga space, cafe and even a fun climbing play area for kids called blocland. The cafe sitting area is up a flight of stairs that overlook the climbs and an adequate selection of food and beverages. Toilets are clean and personal storage cubbies aplenty.. although they can definitely be full up on busy days. I guess you can see all this details in a couple of pictures but what you can't experience without being there yourself is the friendly and accommodating staff and the very encouranging and welcoming community of regular climbers that just makes this a top locale. Closing at 10pm is a boon for many with family commitments after regular work hours.”

“I love popping into Spooky when I'm in Lyttleton. There's always a great vibe and a smiling face. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but Spooky is on e of the only spots I'll order and finish a coffee ( and that says a lot). Definitely worth paying them a visit if your in town.”
