“This is a delightful home for your cat's long or short term stay. Ellis and Paul obviously love cats and take great care with nutrition and well-being. The rooms are light and airy and spotlessly clean. The surroundings are calm and restful. My cat stayed for 3 months October 2019 when I moved home. She is a loner, used to hunting on a farm all her life, but she was so relaxed and cuddly when I took her home, I knew she had enjoyed her time with Ellis and Paul. Thank you to the Cat Hotel Stoney Creek for your thoughtful care of Jessie. You are Jessie's hotel of choice !!”

“We were referred to Dr. Debbie and the team at The Skin Vet because my dog Norman decided to make a spontaneous career change to “diver of lost and unknown sticks,” which got us into a bit of a tricky predicament. Thanks to his dive into yucky water, he ended up with two bacterial ear infections. One was cleared by our vet, but despite four sedated ear flushes every two weeks, they couldn’t get rid of the second infection using antibiotic ear drops due to a ruptured eardrum. After dealing with the infection for a good three months, Debbie and Ellie managed to create a safe concoction—and two weeks later, at his check-up, it was all clear! I’m so thankful for such a talented team. They managed my difficult dog like absolute pros and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the result.”

“We had the sad and hard decision to put our dog to sleep. Mobile vets were so kind and understanding from start to finish. They arrived and had a nice genuine chat asking how we had come to the decision and confirmed this was the kindest option for Max in his old age. Vet and vet nurse talked us through what would happen. They were so patient and we never felt rushed. They gave us time with Max after and could tell they genuinely cared. Highly recommend as Max was relaxed and in his home when he went.”
