   I very highly recommend Pet Doctors Botany. My 2 cats (one now passed) have been going there for about 10 years. Melissa, Josephine, Depti and Anna who I’ve mostly dealt with are always friendly, helpful and have gone above and beyond more than once for me. Everything is explained in a way I understand with no hesitation to help further if I need it. The fact the staff have been there long term says a lot in itself. My heartfelt gratitude goes to the team for caring for my Houdini (and me!) Carol Broughton

   The team have been looking after Alex and Louis for a while now, and now our newest pup Bear as well. Everyone we've dealt with has been wonderful, Dr Melissa, Dr Jo, Depti and Anna. The staff are knowledgeable, patient & genuinely caring. They take the time to explain everything and you can feel their passion for the work they do with in interaction. I always feel confident bringing my pets in because I know they will get consistent high quality care. Highly recommend.

   Wonderful staff! Despite how busy they always are, when two of my fur-babies needed to be seen urgently on the same day, they were able to fit us in at short notice, for which I was immensely grateful for! I have been going there for a few years now and their passion, knowledge, and expertise in their field is evident in every interaction I have with them. With the current high cost of living, including veterinary care, I appreciate that, if needed, they do everything they can to offer different treatment options to suit my budget, without compromising my fur-babies' care.

   Caring organisation. My dad, lives in Massey, is in hospital and his pet, staying with me in Papatoetoe required more meds. I was able to pick med's up from Botany. The receptionist/nurse was fantastic to speak to and the vet checked files and asked meaningful questions.

   Our cat Mitsy had a ball staying in the cattery for a week. Excellent staff feedback on the performance of Mitsy during her stay. Mitsy happy and in good spirits when we picked her up. Staff needs to be commended for their service given to Mitsy. Her requirements were fully met by all staff. Mitsy will stay there again when we go on holidays. A big thanks to Pet Doctors Botany.
