In addition she provided expert advice and made critical tour bookings for in-demand tourist sites in Europe. Following a family crisis which mean we had to abandon our European tour shortly after we had started it she swiftly rearranged all out flights and arranged refunds for cancelled flights and tours. Overall she provided the best travel agent service we have ever experienced.”

“Nice place to wander around looking at the lambs and the flowers. The only downside is the people who can't or won't follow the signs and therefore pick the flowers or drive down the area of twin oaks drive which is now closed off so that it can be used as a walking path. IDIOTS !”

“The first thing I want to say is how lucky I was to make the right decision. My son is three years old, and before that I visited a lot of places and did a lot of research. I knew a little bit about the environment before I came here and courses are great. I didn't expect too much for the teachers to be so friendly and responsible. For me, the feelings and experiences of children are more important than anything else. Because my son has not attended any day care before, his native language is not English, and his grandmother often takes care of him went back home for a period of time, which makes me worried about whether he will adapt to the new environment. All teachers, the front desk staff and the centre manager all understood my concerns and cooperated with each other to help my son to adapt faster and better. After two weeks transiting,my son is happy to stay and not crying after we drop him off. I am really grateful to the teachers there and this is the most responsible place I have encountered. They will understand the parents' thoughts and concerns, and work together, everything is for the sake of the child. Hope my son will have a wonderful journey in kakapo creek.”

“I went to South Africa for 4 weeks in 2015 with IWH to the South Africa Dream Horse Adventure Project. I have travelled to over 40 countries since then, but it is still my favourite place I have ever visited. I had always dreamed of going to Africa, and to ride horses on safari, but I had no idea how to make that happen. When I found IWH online, it was literally like my dream came true. Vicki and Shelby made everything so easy. They were always so available and helpful. “Jose was our driver and she made the tour. Her passion for New Zealand was contagious. We went to the Wintergardens & her knowledge of the flora was impressive. Then we went to sheep land. We watched a demonstration of the herding dogs & how they work together to corral the sheep to get separated & sheered After we feed the lambs & hand feed the other animals on site we took a seat in their cafe where I had a delicious caramel oat bar & the best New Zealand latte. Off to the honey shack to try different types of honey & shopped at the gift store I highly recommend this tour for different aspects of Auckland area”
