    After paying a deposit on a trip the payment terms were altered by pukekohe travel, I have withdrawn from the trip due to there poor communication over this matter totally disappointed in there management of this. It has cost me my deposit they have refused to refund. I would rather loss my deposit than travel with a company I have no trust in.
