I had wonderful holidays in Fiji, Moorea and Raratonga. I wanted to thank Rick Felderhof , managing director who helped me to get my refund from Crystal cruise line during COVID time. He kept chasing the cruise line company and helped me filing the claims. He is persistent to show his dedication to the client, that I got the full refund now. It was a long journey but he never gave up to advocate for me. I would like recommend this travel agent to anyone who wants hassle free holidays. Thanks again to Our Pacific.
For many years now we have used the services of 'Our Pacific' for our holidays in the Pacific Islands. We have been to so many island destinations and visited some of them repeatedly. We have enjoyed them all so much and created incredible memories. Our pacific is amazing! We booked our first holiday without the kids to Fiji and decided on Our Pacific to take care of it. Liz Grimshaw was our agent and she was incredible! She answered my 101 questions, checked in on us and followed up after our holiday. Nothing was ever too much. They always have amazing packages.
