   To whom it may concern ;( Lynda Nolan ) Dear Lynda; Sadly today and previously I have had the worst experience in my 45 plus years of both corporate and individual travel bookings , but , in this case it was an attempted booking . I’m sure Lynda Nolan is a professional person , unfortunately that wasn’t the case with me and I’ve since found out with two other Corporate clients as well , I required some assistance with a flight booking only , there were some complications with the flights , layovers etc , and having received the quote , I not only found another much more competitive travel agency , but they were able to assist me more professionally . I found Lynda got annoyed and very impatient quickly she raised her voice and so did I , but it was clear her frustrations were born out of me advising I was also asking for a quote from another travel agency .I thought that was quite acceptable ! . Innocently I phoned her again today for another flight quote and she advised I was quite rude the last time we spoke and they no longer wish to assist me , which bemused me as this has never happened before , this is the first time I have felt the need to complain on any social ,or online platform. I don’t wish Lynda any misfortune or malice but I feel aggrieved and sadly will be mentioning this to my own Staff and other businesses to see if they have had any such poor dealings with Lynda . I always say to my staff “ there’s only one thing that travels faster than good news ??? And that’s bad news . I believe we are in a competitive world and it’s ok to seek prices from different companies , clearly this isn’t always the case . No doubt there will be a response from Lynda and or Management and that’s totally welcomed . Thankyou
