   I had such a great experience with IWH, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. My decision to do a visa and go to the States was a bit of a last minute one but Shelby, Vicki, and Jade were so amazing at catching me up on the process and they truely went above and beyond to get me there. Jade was always happy to answer questions I had and Bianca was great at checking in while I was there. They really care, and want to make your experience as great as possible

   The IWH the staff are all extremely helpful at every step of the way: from the very beginning when I wanted first information until after my trip when I had arrived home again. They customized my trip to making it a great experience even when I had to reschedule quite some time later as initially planned and I had to choose a different program due to COVID. They were always wonderfully friendly and answered even my most stupid questions with utmost patience. I can highly recommend them and would love to have more trips organized by them!

   IWH provide life changing oppurtunities. Since 2018, I have worked with them on three occasions. From the beginning they have been super friendly and organised, helping me get the most from my programs. Jade and Shelby have been my main points of contact, they have always shown a genuine interest and are willing to go above and beyond. They have picked me up from airports, helped with relocating after a hurricane and are always up for a chat. I'm so thankful to the entire team and can't recommend them enough.

The girls have always been so quick to communicate and provide me with any information or assistance needed. I always thought going on such big adventures would be very complicated but the IWH crew have made everything incredibly easy and possible for me.    I recently volunteered for 3 weeks in South Africa and it was truly one of the best experiences ever and I wish that I had stayed longer! The things I saw and the people I met, I will never forget! The ladies at IWH who helped me to make this trip happen are really amazing and so helpful, I highly recommend them!    I went to South Africa for 4 weeks in 2015 with IWH to the South Africa Dream Horse Adventure Project. I have travelled to over 40 countries since then, but it is still my favourite place I have ever visited. I had always dreamed of going to Africa, and to ride horses on safari, but I had no idea how to make that happen. When I found IWH online, it was literally like my dream came true. Vicki and Shelby made everything so easy. They were always so available and helpful. The fact that they were both massive horse lovers, who had visited the project was such an added bonus, because they could answer all my (many) questions and share their experiences. And they seemed so genuinely excited for me. This was my first ever solo trip overseas, but I felt so safe and well looked after every step of the way. From the team that met us at the airport, to the orientation, and the family that ran the project, everyone was so lovely and helpful. The project far exceeded my expectations, I can’t even describe what an amazing experience it was. I could not fault anything from the moment I enquired, Vicki and Shelby provided incredible service and I could not recommend IWH highly enough.

   IWH was so helpful with organizing my dream trip to Africa, and volunteering with all the animals I had dreamed of seeing in their natural habitats. Shelby and Dale were extremely helpful working in any requests I had to the best of there abilities. I highly recommend going through IWH to help you organize your trip, I would like to book through them again for my next trip. I always felt safe and supported everywhere I went, Thanks IWH ❤️

   IWH are an incredible company and always super helpful with any information you need for your trip. Everything is organised before your trip making it stress free especially when going to another country you're not familiar with. Shelby has helped me with my volunteer projects and she is just amazing and I've left with experiences I'd never forget! The rest of the team are also very prompt in answering any questions you have too. I definitely recommend IWH for anyone, these guys are awesome! :)

   I did a trip in 2018 with IWH, and they were SO HELPFUL right from the start! From visa applications, to finding flights and sorting travel insurance, they just made sure the whole experience went super smoothly for me. I was doing my own travel before participating in the IWH's programs, and after volunteering I was going to do my own travel again. That last bit changed while I was overseas but the IWH were so helpful and ensured I had flights and tours booked so that I wasn't left in the lurch. I was originally going to be in South Africa for 2 weeks volunteering and then meeting up with friends (but they bailed), so I ended up volunteering in South Africa, then heading to Zimbabwe on my own to check out Victoria Falls, then down to Cape Town to spend a week exploring there. It was just an amazing trip, and Cape Town is for sure A MUST-SEE!!! Zimbabwe is really beautiful too, I spent a good part of the afternoon bargaining at the markets by the falls. Loads of fun, and it wouldn't have been possible without IWH and the amazing team there, (and of course, the team over in South Africa!) :)
