   I do not recommend them. We needed an ETA to go to Australia. Since my partner's device was not working, instead of helping us, their first comment was, "We charge you $150 to get it for you." I've never heard of any other travel agent charging this much. The owner of House of Travel in Devonport said, "Even if it takes 5 minutes to get your ETA, we charge $150." We came to you for help because my partner could not complete the ETA on his device. You clearly told us that you no longer offer that service, but if you were to do it for us, there would be a charge of $150. The ETA charge is $20 NZ, yet they want to charge us $150 to guide us. Today we arrived in Sydney, and we booked a deluxe room with twin beds. To our surprise, the hotel told us that House of Travel reserved a deluxe room with a king-size bed. The request we made for our booking was not fulfilled, which again demonstrated the unprofessional service from House of Travel. The hotel informed us that the entire hotel was fully booked and they could not provide us with the room we had requested through House of Travel. I do not recommend this travel agent to anyone, as we had a bad experience. It was the first time we used House of Travel, and it will be the last.

   Being an Aus/NZ couple means we have family in both countries and that this is a difficult time to be away from them. In recent family emergencies, and at all other times, Andy has been no end of help in our trans Tasman trips. Andy has, cheefully and consistently, ensured that we are up to date with flights, flight changes and rules and regulations. I don't think we could travel without his help and expertise.
