“I just walked in cos it was open at a late time, and was not expecting such a good quality. Actually the Tom yum I ordered was very very nice with the scent of coriander, lemon grass and bay leaves. “It was 2022 when I first came here, and back then the food was great and it was pretty decent overall with services and atmosphere. However, when I return today, their quality took on a whole new level. Services are much more pleasant and welcoming now, and although there are inflation, they compensated it with a free drink for just ordering a bowl of rice noodle. Atmosphere didn’t change too much, but it has always been satisfactory. Overall great experience! P.S: food usually takes only 3-5 minutes to serve now.”

“It's been almost 3 years since we last dinned at XinFengMao. We are surprised with their added variety of dishes in their menu that are kids friendly, e.g. sizzling fried Japanese tofu and sauteed potato, green pepper and eggplant. But their most favourite dish was the BBQ lamb skewers, which was lightly seasoned with cumin seeds and very appetising. We will definitely bring our family and friends back again to experience this tasty Chinese street food culture!”

“First time we went in for the dine in option. Got a lunch meal deal with a naan, poppadom and drink. Really decent sized servings, a broad variety of dishes to try including south Indian. Don't expect a fancy dine in restaurant but the food is delicious! Recommend the lamb madras and the veg or lamb biriyani.”

“I like coming to this shop. It's conveniently located with other shops and has parking right out front. The staff are always friendly and work very hard to ensure there is always a fresh variety of veg and non veg sushi. Their prices are very reasonable. I like buying the half and half, or the daily choice. They have a new promotional wrap which is made from soy bean instead of seaweed. It compares in taste, but is a bit softer which compromise the structure of the sushi a bit, but it's actually quite good.”

“Food was really nice. My main was rice with an egg omelette on top with fried chicken on top of that. That cost me $24.00. My entree was 6 pieces fried pork done in a batter. These set me back $9.00. I got reasonable portions so I do recommend this place. It has a quiet atmosphere which was nice to be able to hear my friend talk. Overall a great place to go.”

“I've been ordering from Dominos Beachlands for quite a while now and I've only ever had a good experience! Maybe on the very rare occasion with a delivery something like a drink might have been missed but they always make it right and bring the missing item asap or offer a refund on it... I've never had an issue with my pizzas and I've ordered hundreds of them over Dominos Beachlands lifetime and every staff member plus the owners are very friendly and welcoming even delivering in the worst weather conditions and on many days that other business are closed nothing but love from me for the Domino's Beachlands team.”

“Best stone rice pots I’ve had. Authentic stone pots, yummy selection, generous portion, super tasty!! Efficient service, atmosphere I rated well cos it’s your typical ‘messy’ but hearty Asian congregation table layout for a feed. Always satisfied with the stone pots, special shout-out to salted fish and pork. Won’t be disappointed! Consistency in the dishes is always spot on as well, have been a few times now and still happy with the food each time. Best congee and rice dishes as well, love panda kitchen!!”

“The food was served warm and fresh. Meals ordered was scrambled egg with toast and Omelette w tomatoes, mushroom and onion. My partner said the omelette was amazing. The scrambled egg was moist and tasty. Coffees were cappuccino and flat white , both coffees were very well made. A few things that could been a little better is adding another slice of toast to the omelette one was not enough for my partner. The toasts are considerably small. The flat white was a little tepid, however it didn't take away from the experience and flavour of the meals and drinks.”
