   Misleading delivery information on the website. When ordering the site says it will be an ETA of 40 minutes from the Remuera branch over 90 minutes from the Ellerslie branch, even though Ellerslie is actually 7 minutes closer to my house. The delivery took over 1 hour and cold!!!!

   Large pizzas when thin crust selected. The crust is wonderful, crisp, thin, flavorful, and not simply made of white all purpose flour. Full of toppings. I like the gluttony pizza. The lust is too sweet. The vegan pride is also good, although I think the dough is a bit sticky. Overall good quality but quite expensive, as even thin crust costs more. Very quick preparation.

   I have ordered pizzas from here many times. But unfortunately this time when I ordered there gluten-free pizza . My pizza was black and burnt. Plus when I come to pick up my pizza there was a pigeons in the kitchen .

   I just wanted to share my recent Hell Remuera experience, which wasn't great. While waiting for my order, the restaurant staff subjected me to discriminatory remarks and offensive language, which made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness, and the behaviour exhibited by the restaurant staff was completely unacceptable. I don't think anyone should have to endure such treatment while dining out. I hope the restaurant management takes this seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

   Great takeaway pizza! We ordered the snack size Lust with BBQ sauce and Pride with optional extras kalamata olives, garlic and jalapeño peppers. We enjoyed our pizzas both were flavourful. A must go if you are in Auckland. We showed up with the intention of dining in but there is only one small table inside. It’s not a dine in establishment and the website should state this.

   used a promo code for free delivery but when i checked the app there was no progress on our order just kept saying it was “cooking” called repeatedly but no answer. our expected delivery time passed by and the store was closing soon so we had no choice but to go to the store. our pizzas were sitting in store cold. we paid $44 for pizzas that tasted like cold, hard cardboard and didn’t get the free delivery we were suppose to. you’d expect more from the most expensive pizza chain.
