Albany branch. Just today, 14 Nov 2025 we ordered 10 pcs Korean chicken but we got 6pieces. I rang the store the Indian staff said they will email me my voucher but nothing came. I decided to go back to the store to get the right order. They replaced the item but it was a WASTE of my TIME and petrol of going back and forth. SERVICE POOR
Not worth it. These used to be premium pizzas, and now their $30 pizza is worse than a $5 one from dominos. The base tastes like stale cardboard
Absolutely ridiculous. Me and my friend waited outside. it clearly says it opens at 11 AM, but guess what? It’s not open. No lights on, no one inside, no sign, nothing. We called multiple times and no one even bothered to pick up. If you’re going to post opening hours, maybe actually show up to work? Totally unprofessional. did someone just decide to sleep in today???
We ordered the Italian Buffalo Mozzarella pizza, chicken wings, corn nuggets for takeaway. I was severely disappointed with the pizza and the wings. The pizza had no salt or taste... I had to sprinkle some salt to make it palatable, the chicken wings were steamed and tasted so bland and tasteless. The only saving grace was the corn nuggets. I don't normally place negative reviews but their food was very disappointing. The Glenfield Hells branch still does better food.
Just had half and half buffalo/beast pizza from this store. Worst pizza ever, doesnt fit with description at all, no mozerella cheese no tomato base, just pizza base with basil pestro and pepeeroni. Im just glad i didnt pay full price 28 dollars on this pizza, even with 20 dollars, this pizza is a true disappointment.
had the morning after pizza and got the two free ice cream sandwiches wednesday deal. the pizza was great and the ice cream sandwiches were good and are also dairy free which was nice. price was good and server was sweet.
Awesome staff!! I went there really late in the evening after a night out with friends, and was surprised they were still open. The non-binary person was very kind, and got my order done super fast.
This specific Hell always has great pizza, and always remember their regular customers' preferences. The staff are always super friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.
Visited the store and got 2 Double Mordor pizzas, Cajun wedges, Corn nuggets and 2 bottles of coke. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The food was exceptional. Thank you so much, we'll be back.
Definitely not the hell pizza it once was. Very disappointing.
