   I ordered though the online app and came to pick it up. I began to pay when my card had declined and told one of the staff that I was going to check. He then, quite rudely, told me to "hurry up" even though the store closed in 10min. As someone who works in hospo, it doesn't take much to be kind and/or patient. My pizza also had toppings in which I didnt asked for. I'll see myself to Pizza Hut from now on

   I've been ordering from Dominos Beachlands for quite a while now and I've only ever had a good experience! Maybe on the very rare occasion with a delivery something like a drink might have been missed but they always make it right and bring the missing item asap or offer a refund on it... I've never had an issue with my pizzas and I've ordered hundreds of them over Dominos Beachlands lifetime and every staff member plus the owners are very friendly and welcoming even delivering in the worst weather conditions and on many days that other business are closed nothing but love from me for the Domino's Beachlands team.

   Quite possibly the worst food and customer service I have ever recieved from a store, staff and owner. We received undercooked pizzas. When returning them to the store (after paying for delivery) I was confronted with "we're to busy to sort this now, we can look into it tomorrow" "it's not possible for it to be undercooked" "we need to investigate, can look into a refund tomorrow". NO! My pizza was undercooked, tacky and soggy in the middle. What amazed me is if you can quite clearly see that the pizza dough is undercooked, why would you not apologise for the error and offer to recook them? End of story everyone is happy. But that wasn't the case, instead I was made to feel like an idiot, I had to fight to be listened to and get a refund for something that very obviously wasn't edible, No I won't be buying from them again.

   They want $19 to deliver 7 mins away and are extremely rude and I was told I can go somewhere else to get pizzas. Also claim we live 20 mins away, 40mins return which is total nonsense. Rude staff!

   They used to be good, shared picture with owner of the Hawaiian pizza with very little topping, told me there was nothing wrong with. Got home and found a new Deep Pan order to be a wreck. Below average and poor customer service from the owner. Prices gone up but the quality has gone backwards. With regards the owners reply, like I said at the same time "what topping", as it appears to have missed the pizza completely - the photo tells the story. Rather than argue the point an apology would have sufficed, but no you deemed what was provided as being acceptable, (maybe you were having a bad night) you should have another look at the Photo's.
