So I call first thing in the morning to book an appointment for her and all the clinics are fully booked. Even Herne Bay as well of course. But what I love about them is they don't just hang off the phone telling me there's no spot for my cat, instead they provided me with some useful information on what to do and they showed care to my cat's situation ♡ I'm really grateful for the lady who answered my call this morning;) she was super helpful and lovely! “Nice place and easy to get to from the motorway if your heading south but a bit tricky to get to if your heading north. We decided to try this pet motel as our usual pet motel was full and it ended up being cheaper. The owners are lovely people and they know what they are doing. However one downside is if your dropping of a dog and a cat you have to go to different entrances. However they also don't have eftpos but they will take cash or give you a bank transfer slip. Will happily use them again.”
