These may be lovely buses to travel on... BUT not so friendly when you ride a bicycle in Auckland. I had a close encounter with a Bayes school bus on East Coast Bays road while on my cycle commute on my e-Bike. The driver came from behind me nearing a constricted road with traffic islands and forced me to the curb. Fortunately I'm a good bike handler and kept my nerve, but imagine is I was a child on my way to school. Maybe you should invest in some driver training.

We had a great Kindy trip to the zoo. Wayne coped with a bus full of parents and children, including many pushchairs. A very smooth and fun ride in the big bendy bus. Great communication making the trip seamless. Thanks Bayes buses.

Went on the coach trip to the Taranaki Gardens 30 Oct to 4 Nov 2023 and had a fantastic time. Our driver, Jan, was just so helpful and full of interesting info which made our garden visits flow easily. Good accom and food. Friendly company, lots of good conversation and laughter. Variety of couples, friends and single men and women who all mixed well.
We just didn't do gardens. We also had free time and visited the art gallery, went through the Forgotten Highway and its tunnel on the very comfie bus and to other interesting sites.
There was often a collection of vehicles to see as well as different types of gardens.
Will be keeping my eye out for another trip organised by Bayes as it was so good!

Definitely recommend this service. We had a day trip using Bayes Coachlines. Nothing but all star treatment. So Comfortable and made our trip all the more enjoyable. We hired a bus with Bayes Coachline to organise a one-day family trip down to Hamilton and Rotorua from Auckland. From the beginning the team at Bayes has been wonderful - quick to respond, helping with the itinerary and details. It was really easy to organise, especially as someone who never has a need to organise a bus for anything.
We all had a great time, with memorable experiences which is also in large part thanks to our wonderful bus driver, Terry. He is so friendly and welcoming of everyone and shared fun facts and jokes with us on the drive. I would highly recommend booking a bus / coach from Bayes if you are looking to do something similar and you have a large group / party and wanting to show them more of NZ :)

Yesterday a Bayes bus driver (JLW830) attempted to plough through a motorcycle learner licencing training course that was in use at Eventfinda stadium. I explained to the driver that attempting to proceed through the cordoned off area would result in a major H&S issue and risk harm to myself and other people. The driver seemed completely ambivalent in regards to his environment.
